ZONE CONFERENCE - SATURDAY - MARCH 20, 2010 - MT. VERNON
Just a reminder the Spring Zone Conference in Mt Vernon on Saturday, Mar 20th, is less than two weeks away and no registrations
have been received from any Clubs in Division 18.
The registration form is posted below in PDF format and I would appreciate if the registration form could be completed and
forwarded as soon as possible so we can finalize numbers etc.

The afternoon session includes and presentation by Tom DeJulio from Kiwanis International which should be informative and give
one a chance to hear something from the International perspective. As such, it would be great if we could get new members and
others that have not attended a Zone Conference to attend and get an insight and greater perspective of what Kiwanis is all about.
Also on the agenda, is the Division Caucus meeting which is held to elect an incoming Lt Governor for 2010-2011. To hold the
election, at least 7 of the 9 clubs in Division 18 must be represented. Each club is allowed two paid up members to vote. As a
result, it is important that we have at least one member from each club attending the conference.
I would appreciate it if you could advise me by email and confirm when the registration has been forwarded and the number from
your club attending.
